Funeral services for Elizabeth Ann Glenn Monday, 63, of Cason, Texas will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 22, 2010 at First Baptist Church of Cason, with Bro. Scott Darby officiating. Burial will be in Emory City Cemetery, Emory, Texas. Mrs. Monday was born October 6, 1946 in Greenville, Texas and is the daughter of Bettie Lee Sisk and Rolen G. Glenn, Jr. Mrs. Monday passed away August 18, 2010 in Sherman, Texas, after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her father.

Mrs. Monday was better known as your local Cason Avon and Watkins lady, and she loved to work in her yard. She was given approximately 18 months after the initial diagnosis of kidney cancer, but battled for 33 months. She was a fighter and a firm believer in the Man Above when she took her leap of faith. "We all love you, Mom"

She is survived by three daughters: Tonya Crow of Gunter, Texas, Helen Summers of Allen, Texas and daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Jim Wedgeworth of York, Pa.; six grandchildren, Larry Crow, Jr., William Crow, Bryan Price, John Kane, Michael Kane and Amie Wedgeworth; eight great grand-children; her mother and step father, Bettie Sisk and Lawrence Pennington of Daingerfield; two brothers, Larry Glenn and Rickey Glenn, both of Daingerfield; and a sister, Teresa Skidmore of Allen, Texas.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 21, 2010 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.

Pallbearers: Larry Crow, Jr., William Crow, Dustin Glenn, Donnie Stephens, Ron Hall and Jarrett Skidmore.
